Summer, Summer, Summer Time

It’s June and in true British fashion, we’ve had a bit of scattered glorious sunshine, overcast skies and a huge dose of rain. Nevertheless, it hasn’t deterred us from our make up needs and goals for the summer period. #success.

Enter RODIN

RODIN is known for its luxury skin care range that centres around its face and body oils, providing you with nourished and glowing skin. The lipstick range is an extension of that ethos and the luxury oil blend has been pooped into some gorgeous colours. I was able to test 3 colours, So Mod , Billie on the Bike and Tough Tomato to see what they were like. Each lip product comes with its matching lip pencil of the same name and they did not disappoint. The lipsticks are highly pigmented, very creamy and ever so lightly scented.

If you are are regular user of the Rodin products, you are no stranger to their key ingredients:

  • Jasmine & Neroli olio lusso blend, the purest luxury oils available
  • Rose Flower and Lavender Flower Wax
  • Apricot, Argan and Meadowflower seed oils
  • Vitamins C and E for nourishing and healing delicate lip

The RODIN olio lusso Lipsticks comes in four gorgeous shades— your classic Hollywood red, a pretty orange-red, a versatile violet berry (my fave!!) and a pale pink nude. The great thing about lipsticks in general is that with the right liner you can wear virtually any shade (see what I did with the So Mod, the pale pink nude).
