The best time for beginning is now, don’t let yesterday take up too much of today.

So we are well into the final quarter of 2017 (arrgghhh can you believe it?!?!) and you may find yourself readdressing old plans and commitments. Do not feel disheartened if you haven’t knocked everything off your resolutions list, there’s still time. More importantly, the point is to keep moving forward.
